La Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante is one of the
favorite destination for a lot of tourists for its sunny climate all

The cuisine of the North of Costa Blanca is an excellent example of
Mediterranean cookery so widely acclaimed. It's very diverse,
combining the customs of the many different civilisations which have
settled in the area (Iberian, Phoenician, Greek, Roman...) with the
natural bounty of the land, both on the coast and inland. This area
can offer something very special : a complete menu created from local
products.

follow the season's calendar like the employer's festivals, the
Fallas, the Moors and Christians..., and various popular fiestas for
example Calpe in August and Benissa at the end of june...
